With employment success rates ranging from 70% to 90%, securing stable jobs not only ensures financial security but also greatly enhances their ability to integrate back into the community.
Corporate, government and community support in offering job placements and/or funding for comprehensive services can have a lasting impact on individuals transitioning after reentry. By providing employment opportunities, we empower individuals to establish a groundwork for a brighter future and make positive contributions to their families and communities.
